Changing the link in the application start icon from notes.exe to nlnotes.exe solved for us the problem as well. Thanks for the hint!
What we realized was that the requests in the admin4 database have been created in a american date format and not in a "german" one.
Today on the 5th of february 2013 all other requests appear in the admin4 in the category "05.02.2013" this special one appears under the category "02.05.2013", but in the correct sorting!
